Two years ago my 16 year old son wrote a Christmas story and against Dad's suggestion, put a password on it. As life goes, the stories weren't read and now it's two years later, he needs the story and can't recall what password he used.
Is there a way to break into the document?
Thanks much!

Use a password cracker, unfortunately it's only available in PC form as far as I know.

Thanks for the input! The Abbott Systems product looks very good, but it's about $65 and for that price, my son can re-write his story.
Appreciate the help very much.

Thanks - neither Appleworks, Pages, or Mellel could produce anything but hieroglyphics. Appreciate the ideas though.
