Hello everyone, this is my first post and i'll try to be as brief as possible.

I have a kingston dt 101 g2 usb flash drive and it happens to have important documents from college assignments I'm working on . The problem is that my MacBook Pro suddenly stopped recognizing it :'(. I open the disk utility and it doesn't show there. I've restarted many times my computer and the result is the same.

However, when I open up the System Information, it shows the specific flash drive  (i uploaded an attachment of the screen capture), which makes me think it's got nothing to do with my macbook but with the flash drive.

Can anyone help me find out how to solve the issue? :[
Thanks guys. :)

Try plugging the flash drive direct into your machine, not through a USB Hub and let's see if it's recognized and will mount.
