Got one hard drive that the header info like "date Modified" is greyed out. Just ran disk utilities and got the error message "Couldn't unmount disk". This drive is a 2TB Iomega and has one partion for Time Machine. Turned Time machine off but didn't make any difference. New to this forum. Anyone got ideas on what is causing this problem? Maybe operator error.
