My iPod doesn't produce any sound. When I click a song, it will just go back to the song selection and will not play the song. Also when I click a movie, the message will appear "The movie can't be played". I also hear some people encounter the same problem but don't get the solution to. I am so hopeless with my ipod. And I'm hoping this site will truly help me.
