encrypted USB flash drive compatible w/Mac OS X and Windows 7

Can anyone recommend very simply what USB encrypted flash drive to buy
(1 gb or so) to add files to flash drive on Mac OS X to be read on Windows 7, to be accessed by Windows user by submitting appropriate password?
