How do I revert back to 10.7.3?

I'm having the same problem as a lot of people. Internet sharing is kaputz. Some people have been saying that their problems started when they updated to Lion 10.7.4 and they've been able to resolve the problem by reverting back to the previous version. Is this something I can safely do? If so how?

Reinstall the OS..don't format the HD just reinstall
