Finder is Invisible

Hey, recently, i found that my Finder icon was invisible. I recently installed Onyx, a application which allows me to change things, but thats about it. I installed that particular application 2 days ago but it started just today.

Heres what i get -

Is there a way to get it back? or has something more serious has gone down.

The Dock isn't naturally green nor are the indicators below the icons. Have you installed any UI customization applications?
