Convert RAM into wav or MP3 or anything on itunes

How can I convert a real audio music file into anything that would play on iTunes. That would be nice and handy. If anyone knows of anything, that would be great. Thank you.

Real is a pain in the but for conversion. I don't think there are any ways to do it on PCs or Macs
