conveting MP3 files to WMA

I have a CD player in my car which wont play MP3. Apart from a host of so called "FREE" items via Google, some of which need Windows system ONLY. I am stuck.
Can you help please, Is there such a programme built into my Snow Leopard ?

There are a couple apps for around 1-2 bucks that can get the job done for you, my personal favorite is MP3-Converter.

Well they're on the App store, so I would assume so. But it's pretty easy to check. Just go to the app store and search "MP3-Converter"
