Cannot swipe on my iPad

My niece was playing with iPad 2 now I have to highlight the area and.double tap won't swipe please help!

Maybe they changed some setting. Will check mine and get back to you. Never had that happen.

Have you got multi tasking gestures enabled in settings?

Settings > General and scroll down make sure its on.
