Bluetooth Headset And Ichat=no Audio In Headset

I paired my bluetooth headset and i trying to use it with ichat and itunes. When I try to use it with ichat my microphone works on the headset but not the speaker. Anyone know whats going on and why im not able to hear anything on the bluetooth headset. By the way in ichat video prefs i have both the microphone and sound output to my headset. I have also tried to go into sys prefs and change the sound output and input to my headset

Have you check the audio midi utility to see if the input volume is set high enough on the headet?
apps> utilities> audio midi setup

I check the audio midi utility and everything seems to be fine. My bluetooth recognizes my voice but i can't hear the person i'm speaking to. How do I set up my headset so i can use hear my itunes through my headset?
