problems with usb flash drive

hello guys! i have imac. i've got a problem on transferring hd movies( 8-12gb) on usb flash drive(sandisk) which has 16 gb capacity. i have no problems at all with 2gb movies but on 8gb hd movie it says like this: " The item “Skyline[2010][RUS][HDVDRip].mkv” can’t be copied because it is too large for the volume's format". can anyone help me please? what should i do? thank you in advance! :Confused:

Thats because the maximum file size on a standard flash drive is 4GB using Fat32 you will have to reformat it .
