ipod mini suddenly doesnt work

The last few days ive been working long hours at work, ipods been sittin infront of the mac, finnally come home today to sit down and xfer some new songs to it, and wont sync up. so i unplug it to turn it on and NOTHING! wont do anything. Its brand new ive had it for 2 months or so. A military exchange had some left overs, and i grabbed one of them. 2nd gen green 4gig. So i plug it in thinkin its dead. No charge light or anything, Tried the hold switching with the select to reset it. NOTHING WORKS.

any ideas or am i screwed?

Did you try holding menu and select at the same time to reboot it?

yes still does nothing, im guessing i have to use that 1 year warranty they give....hmmm

First time mine did that turns out battery was dead, charged for a while and it got enough power to reset and sync.

mines been on the charger all night, and just got on to check it. NOTHING STILL. i saw online that all apple products have 1year warranty. so ima call them when they open and see waht they can do for me

or if you have an apple store nearby take it there and the genius team will sort that out for you

Well i let it charge a bit more, and held down the select and menu buttons for a good 10mins and it finnally reset, didnt loose any info either. So i guess it was left on and died. lol

its working good now.
