Hi to all,

I just installed a new font by using the Font-Book application. The font is visible in the Font-Book applications, and I can select it in applications like Word and Pages but in these applications the look completely different. After installing the font, I rebooted the system this did not help

The font only contains A and B and thay are outside the range of characters with keyboard mappings

try pasting in this 

and changing the font that way

Thanks, Indeed, the set only contains A & B (it's used to make a company logo).
How can I see the keyboard <> Font mapping ?

What do you mean with " try pasting in this "

Those 4 squares are the characters in the font, you cannot see them on a keyboard mapping because they are outside the unicode set, they have been put in what's called a private space

If you copy those squares into a document, and change the font to ABB the Glyphs will suddenly appear

Yep, it works ! Thanks for the hint.

Btw is it possible to map the characters to a place inside the unicode set ?
