I NEED HELP!!! Imovie on iBook G4 and Software help?

I got this iBook G4 given to me but i really need help with the software! What is the latest iOS X compatible? I need a step-by-step guide. I also really want iMovie, there's some folders called imovie, but no application.

Any help would be appreciated!

It depends on the CPU speed and memory, but I would venture to guess that it would be most comfortable with Mac OS X 10.4 (Tiger) and iLife '06 (here's the system requirements). Both of which should be available on eBay. If you're buying OS X, be aware that you need a retail copy (not the grey "system disks", which are usually model-specific).
