Running Windows On My Mac?

I have a 2.66 Ghz Intel core 2 duo - 4GB 1067 mhz DDR3 - safari version S.o (6533.16)

What is the best way to run windows? is it with windows 7 and paralles 7, if so how do I accomplish this...

thanks, I'm a novice...

Personally use Bootcamp. Just go to Utilities > BootCamp Assistant, open and print guidelines. If you follow the guidelines simple operation. You have supplied everything but the computer details as 2.66GHz CPU come in iMac, Mac Pro etc. If your computer is 64bit, then install that and maybe increase your current memory.

Can't help with Parallel sorry.

Read the manual before going the Bootcamp route!!!
