Is there a way I can pull up ALL the emails I've sent on a particular day, or today? I have many folders I may have put an email message in and can't search through each one. If I can search all the emails I've sent today using the Subject, it will help a great deal. Thank you in advance for your help.

Give this a try and see if it meets your needs. I've done limited testing with the few e-mails I have sent today and it seems to work.

1. From within Mail go to the Mailbox menu and choose New Smart Mailbox.
2. When the Window appears give the mailbox a descriptive name.
3, Set the first drop down menu to All. Only mail meeting all criteria will be included.
4. Use the drop down to set the first rule to Message is in Mailbox Sent. Click the + to add another rule.
5. Next rule Date Received is Today.

This gets a list of all Mail sent today. To confine it to a specific subject add another rule set to Subject contains followed by some text from the subject heading. If you use Subject Is the subject must be entered exactly the way you want to search. Smart Mailboxes can actually be made to search any series of mailboxes if the rules are set carefully.

In addition to the excellent advice from Slydude, you can use the Smart Box method as he said; where you can choose, today, yesterday, this week, last week - or give it a specific date. In addition, you can choose whether to include "Sent" messages as well as Received".

Good luck
