Could someone please tell me what "icm_service" is? my mac crashed right at this time and I'm wondering if it had anything to do with it. What exactly does "listening" mean? I do not have computer sharing on, nor am I syncing with any other devices. This is the first time I have seen this notification. I have a mac pro, late 2011, i use google chrome exclusively, have not ever used windows, my software is always updated, I use Firewall, have a home wireless connection via TWC with a WPA2 password. Thank you for your help:

June 12 15:19:43 localhost Firewall[110]: icm_service is listening from 127.0.0.1:30000 proto=6

A quick search online suggests that it has something to do with Qubee broadband (see here). If you do use that, take a look at the suggestion listed there.

I don't see anything in there about any Microsoft products. Do you use Qubee services as noted in that discussion?

Did you install any software for your internet connection and/or hardware? It's possible that your services requires similar software to that listed in the linked discussion.

No...nothing is different, that is the only reason this "stands out" now...I just don't understand it. Thank you.
