I have a MAC desktop with version 10.6.8 I tried opening my safari, and it just hangs when trying to access the homepage. I even tried putting in a different address, and still nothing. I have read different forums on what to do like reset safar, empty cache, etc. Still nothing. The other option was to re-install Safari. The problem is, when you go to Apple's webpage to download the newest version of Safari, it requires that you have something higher than 10.6.8.

I tried searching for an older version of Safari, but could not find any site. Can anyone help me with this? Thanks

Moved to the correct forum. "iOS and Apps" forum is for mobile devices not for notebooks or desktops.

Try downloading Firefox or Chrome and see if either works OK. Make sure you download a version for Snow Leopard.
