I'm sure you've heard this lots of time and i apologise if im starting a new thread thats been overdone, however im new and im sure ill learn.

I'm running a 2010 15' macbook pro with IOS 10.7.4

Everytime my macbook takes on a bigger task than the basic stuff. i.e when im using adobe programmes or attempt to open a game, such as league of legends everything goes black, its still on but everything crashes including the display, if im playing music and it crashes it will skip skip skip skip, everything goes black ect.

When i turn it off by the power button which i have to hold down for about 3 seconds i turn it on and when i report the problem this is what it comes up with....

First - I edited your title to reflect the problem you're having. A "please help" title tells us nothing.

Kernel panics are generally caused by defective or malfunctioning hardware. However, they can also be caused by software. Read through the following hints on how to resolve kernel panics. LINK
