Macbook Pro Disc drive not being picked up

Hey,
First post on the website :)
But my macbook pro has just decided that there isnt a superdrive inside it anymore, i have no idea why.
Please help :)

I can make one guess/suggestion...it may be broke.

A 2nd suggestion is it may be dirty.
