Apple mail stopped working

Hi there,
a bit of help please... All of a sudden,Apple mail refuse to send or receive mail (from a gmail account). My MBP runs OS X 10.7.4
Mail version is 5.2
When i try "connection doctor" i get this:

and after 2 or 3mn i get this:

When i clic Activity i get this

Any advise very welcome!
