Update Lag?

I have a Mac Pro 13"
and I want to update it to a 10.7.2 version
and my current version is 10.6.8
it wont update in any way
how can I do that?
I tried the mac osx install app
and it didn't work

Yes, you need to purchase Lion from the Mac App Store. It looks like you're trying to use someone else's ESD - that won't work.
