Why not just enable the Apache web server that comes with OS X?

What does that Art of the Web thing do? That page isn't in English
The Apache server only lets you serve within your network (as far as I know).
The page isn't in English (its in Italian) but the app is still very good and very useable, The menus are in English.

Nope, its a full Apache server, I used it for awhile to host pages. Super easy to setup.

Change the port your router uses or turn off remote admin
