Spyder 4 express

Hi I hope Im in the right place for this question.

I have a macbook pro running Snow Leopard and Im trying to calibrate the monitor with Spyder 4. On the welcome page of Spyder it ask me to set the Colour Temperature to 6500k. Can anyone tell me how to do this?

I found out how to set the Colour Temperature to 6500k
Go to System Preferences then Display, click onto Color then Calibrate make sure expert mode is unchecked- continue until you get to 'Select a target white point' click on D65 then its done.

Hopes this helps someone out there
