airport express naming question

renamed some of my airport expresses through airport utility. when i pull up the expresses on my phone or through itunes to select which express to stream to the old names are still showing, i have no idea why.

any help or suggestion how to get my iphone and itunes to show the new names in the selection window would be greatly appreciated.
