I have a Mac Book Pro 4GB using Snow Leopard 10.5.8. I have a G-Tech 4TB external had drive. When I try to copy & paste files to my hard drive, I get an error code 36 message and it doesen't allow me to paste to my external hard drive.
The first time I used Diskwarrior and it seemed to help, but that was 2 weeks ago and here we go again. HELP?

Your Mac's Specs
Way... way too many specs to list.
Error code 36 is an I/O error. You might want to start with hitachi.

This is assuming you've tried different USB ports, cables, the FW ports, etc.
