can't get access to cookies

I used to be able to go into preferences and delete cookies.
I no longer have that option... why has my list of preferences changed in safari?
How do I get to my cookies if it's not listed in preferences?

It should be listed under Safari/Prefs/Privacy. If not Reset Safari or try a software update.
