I have a Mac desk top computer OSX. When I attempt to "delete" deleted messages, several 2010 email files must be corrupted because if I hit "Apple A" to delete ALL messages, menus pop up that read, "Microsoft Entourage has encountered a problem and needs to close." Or " Your office database is damaged," Or "The action could not be completed."
At this point, I am forced to shut the computer down because the multi-colored circle will continue to twirl.
I can delete deleted items one at a time, but not ALL at once because of the corrupted few. Deleting them one at a time will take forever, since I now have accumlated 6,000 deleted emails.
Any ideas?
