Hey there, I ordered a new 1tb hard drive for my macbook pro 15" unibody mid 2009 and it arrived this morning, but I noticed that it is a sata 2. Will I be able to use this or should I return it for a sata 1?
All help will be greatly received :D

SATA1/2/3 are all cross-compatible. Regardless, I'm pretty sure your MBP has SATA2.

It is SATA II as cwa107 states. Just pop it in and away you go.
