Splitter?

I'd like to buy a splitter so that 2 people can watch a movie on my Ipad, but the reviews of the one I looked as says it splits the sound. Is there a splitter out there that give both people full sound while watching a movie on ipad?

Any headphone splitter from any electronics store will work.
