MacAir running Lion, forced to Shutdown

Hi,

It's been now about 5 times this month (twice today) that I get a Black Popup on my MAC that tells me I mush press the POWER Button to Shutdown.
I can't do anything else but that.

Is there anything wrong with the OS? or is it Hardware related?

I have MacKeeper and I run it Daily... but this still happened.

That's called a Kernel Panic, and MacKeeper is the likely cause of the problem. There are MANY threads on what a POS product it is.

It's a serious problem but step one is uninstalling MacKeeper using their instructions for uninstalling (DO NOT just "throw it in the trash" that will make things MUCH worse).
