My best friend just dropped her MacBook. It's doing nothing but giving me a "3hazards" beep... Something I've never heard before from macs. Is there any way around this? Maybe get the info off the drives??
Let me know

If she dropped her MacBook, the memory modules may have come loose. Open it up, remove the battery and the memory shields, then reseat the modules.

The three beeps usually indicate a memory failure or error but the drop could cause the modules to come loose so check that first.
