Can 8 transfer Aperture 3 photo info to web site photo?

How can I transfer metadata info that I've imbedded into my photos on Aperture three, into my web site (polygemdesigns.net)? I want to have the price and description show up when a viewer double clicks on a particular photo. I don't want all the other info, such as photo source, size, etc., to show up on the web site. I hope someone can help me with this.
