I have a boot camped iMac running Win7 and Mac OS. On the PC side, I can change the default boot drive but I can't work out how to do it on the Mac side. I need to be able to do it on the Mac side so that if I log in remotely, I can change the boot drive to PC if I need to get into the PC side when Mac is running.

It's in system preferences - startup disk

But I can recommend Bootchamp.

It saves making changes back and forth. Just click the Bootchamp on the menu bar - restart into windows. When you restart windows it boots back into OSX. No fuss.
