Hi,

We print receipts on a TSP100 futurePRNT printer from our iMac. When I printed receipts from my Windows XP computer, all I had to do is make sure that it was set to no page scaling, and it remembered that every time i went to print.

Now in Adobe Reader X on Mac I have to change the page size to my custom page size I created for the receipt printer in order for it to print correctly. Is there a way for me to create a quick preset or macro-type-thing to change the page size instead of having the extra couple mouse clicks every time I print a receipt?

Many thanks,
Joe

Have you tried printing your receipts using "Preview" rather than Adobe Reader X (assuming the receipts are PDF)?

We tried Preview but it doesn't scale things correctly. Only Adobe Reader scales the PDFs correctly.
