Yes I am playing it. The game is pretty good. Everyone on the Diablo 3 forums kept saying that you need to play it in bootcamp mode on Win 7 because the Mac client was slow. I played for about 2 hours last night and had no issue at all on the Mac side. I may try it on Win 7 tonight to see if there is a major difference but I didnt notice any issues at all in OSX.

You're forgetting to include some VERY important information. What computer (specs.) are you playing Diablo 3 on?

As you might imagine...this can make a BIG difference in performance.

I am playing it on my MBP, not even attempting it on my MacMini, though I bet it would work with dropped res.

You have a nice fancy 2011 MBP;)...I would hope that Diablo 3 would run well on it!:) I would think that your 2011 Mac-Mini would be ok as well (2.7ghz dual core i7)...at least if I had a 2011 Mac-mini ...I guess I would be disappointed if it didn't.

Hoping to hear from some folks with older hardware.:)

The mini probably would, but don't know if I could actually play - it is hooked up to a 65" HDTV and the last time I tried playing a game while hooked up to that thing I got seasick...

I loved Diablo II. Will probably pick up Diablo 3 once the price drops some.

Sounds like my plan as well! Liked Diablo 2...hopefully Diablo 3 will be good (wait for some reviews)...and for the price to drop.

Playing it now. It plays perfectly well at native res on my iMac. Liking it so far. WoW really burned me out in a lot of ways, especially end-game content and endless grinding, but I'm really finding D3's co-op feature to be more conducive to casual play. Up to level 10 at the moment, but we'll see how I feel down the line.

Speaking of which, anyone interested in a Mac-Forums co-op guild, or something like that?

All this talk about Diablo has made me nostalgic for playing the original one. I should see if I still have my disk and fire up Sheepshaver.
