Bluetooth Profiles?

Within the past week, I've connected to several bluetooth devices using my imac. Is there anyway at all I could erase these profiles? I know how to erase profiles from favorites, but I'm talking about when you click on the bluetooth icon located on the top menu bar then down to browse device.
