Hi there, I just updated my mac with the latest firmware update, and it has decided not to work
It mentioned that there was a problem with the update, and the data was corrupt or something.
Upon the restart, the grey apple logo appeared, only for it to give me a load of white text in black boxes all over the screen, then tells me that I need to restart. (text is lots of random didgets and says things like "panic (CPU 0 caller, kernel trap at, backtrace etc
I have repaired my disk using my installation CD, to no avail.
Is there a quick fix for this? Or will I have to take it in to the shop to get it fixed?
If I place my spare hard drive into it, would that have the same problem?
It is an early 2011 MacBook pro 15 inch, I have no more information on it other then that, sorry.
Any help would be greatly apphrechiated
