Restoring files from Time Capsule following Lion re-install

My MacBook Pro has a number of small buggy things going on, so I would like to reinstall Lion afresh and go from scratch with only the software that comes with Lion - none of my old files or additional software - straight from the factory type of thing.. Obviously, I want to restore music, movies and other files that are backed up on my Time Capsule. However, I'm struggling to find how to access my files that I have backed up previously.

So, how do you restore files from the same computer back up on Time Capsule when you have done a complete reinstall of Lion?
