Office Outlook 2011 for mac rules not working .....

Dear All,

Please solve my issues,

In my Macbook Air i have installed office outlook 2011 and configured my gmail id using pop and i have created many rules.But the rules are not applying only for some mails i.e, it is not going to the particular folder............If i'm selecting the received mails and applying the rule means at that time it is working fine.............I have configured the same mail in different devices like iphone and in ipad also ...... whether is this cause me this problem.................



Please help me out for this problem....................
