Hey I'm gonna try to explain this as thoroughly as I can.

I'm trying to resize a clip while it plays. Full example I want it to start off as a full size clip, and then make it smaller. You can say that I'm trying to create a motion with a clip.

Not have FCP, This is only a guess...... But I would assume you can put in a scale keyframe, and resize it ., or you may have to look in to a plug-in.



I can easily do it in motion w/ a grow shrink behavior, might need to rerender the movie in motion then import it back to FCP. I also just did it with a scale keyframe.

Just select the first frame of the clip (where you want it to START going smaller) and click the symbol that looks like a diamond under the Canvas. This makes a new keyframe. Then go to the last part of your clip (where you want it to STOP getting smaller) and do the same thing. Then resize it using the Canvas. Re-render the clip and it should do what you want it to do. :mac:
