Hi there!
My MacBook is not charging. It is only running if charger is connected, even though there is power in the battery, it is currently showing 10%.

I have changed the charger as well as the battery, all original Apple.
I have also tried various suggested resets (SMC...).

Please, need some clues.

it sounds to me like a hardware defect. you might want to go to the apple store and check on their genius bar. that is free of charge so you best find out what is wrong. it definitely doesn't sound like a software issue especially when you already tried the resets.
sorry, that i´m no better help.

Thanks for the advise. I would happily visit a Genius bar, only problem is that I'm living in Kigali, Rwanda. There is an authorized dealer but no workshop, will probably go there and buy a new MacBook Air instead.
