Static cell will not appear in build as expected?

I'm following a tutorial in Neal Goldstein's book iPad Application Development for Dummies 3e. I've started over multiple times trying to catch my own error to no avail. The author is "too busy" to check my code. Would someone be willing to look at this file and deduct what I've missed?

The "Test Drive" cell button (seen in the Storyboard) is not appearing when I build the app.
