how do u delete something that is locked???

You can try http://www.macchampion.com/arbysoft/ or try dragging the program to the trash and use this.

How about "unlocking" the program before you drag it into the trash?
Just go into your applications folder, click once on the application in question, then up on the menu bar click "File" and then "Get info".
In the "General" section of "Get info" you just have to uncheck "Locked".
Hopefully that'll do it for you.
