Mac Happy Network Storage

OK Folks, I need your help.

I have been looking for network storage for my Mac only network with two principal characteristics.

1 - Gigabit Ethernet interface
2 - Mac OS disk formatting

Everything I've found is in NTFS or FAT32 format which is a pain to use for Mac/Unix filenames and extensions. Does anyone out there know of a solution to this problem?

why not just reform the discs? Wouldnt that solve the problem
