Lost Password for iPhone 3G

Heyo!! I recently set a password on my iPhone 3G and forgot the password. Does anybody know if there is a way to get into the iPhone without having to restore the settings, because I have a lot of photos and stuff I don't want to lose. If so, thanks!! ;D

You don't need the password to sync it to your Mac/PC.

If you already have it set to sync, sync it and let it backup.

You can also sync it with iPhoto on a mac to get the photos off of it.
