ical entry probs + contacts wiped

All previous calendar entries have been deleted too!

I went to the address book to look and all my contacts (not that many - as new) have gone.

I can add contacts in the address book.

Only thing I've done recently is update Skype and install new software updates.

I'm using OS X.
