I assume you mean how to upload them? You have to usually upload the images before you can post them onto the web.

There are a few applications that allow you to upload images here are a couple that I use.

Picup (uploads to imgur)- App Store - Picup

For Imgur - App Store - Imgupr Photo Uploader for Imgur and Reddit

Another for Imgur - imgurApp for iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4, iPhone 4S, iPod touch (3rd generation), iPod touch (4th generation) and iPad on the iTunes App Store

Photobucket - App Store - Photobucket

Snapbucket (photobucket) - App Store - Snapbucket

Uploadr (imageshack) - App Store - Uploadr

Imageshack - App Store - Imageshack Uploader
-------

Any of those should work wonders for uploading photos to the web. They all allow you to copy the links to your clipboard and then share the link wherever you would like.

If you would like to upload the photos to your Mac. Simply plug your phone in, go to your "Applications" folder and open the app called "Image Capture". Image capture will allow you to select the photos you want to save to your computer. Once you save them to the computer, you can then upload them to the internet that way too.

Here's what Image Capture looks like when your phone is plugged into the computer.
