Boot camp questions

I have win7 installed in bootcamp, I want to select my os at boot up, Can I set it after I have completed the boot camp process. I have been switching back and forth using the start up disk selection method. I would like to have the choice when I turn my computer on...

any help would be greatly appreciated!

So it's not anything that's in sox standard. Love the first option. May have to do that one...
